3. Refund Procedure If you believe your transaction failed due to reasons attributable to CryptOTC, contact our support team promptly, providing detailed transaction evidence and descriptions of the issue.

4. Refund Amounts

• Full Refund: CryptOTC will provide a full refund of all traded assets if it is confirmed that the failure of the transaction is solely due to issues within our platform.

• Partial Refund: If the failure is due to user error or negligence (such as incorrect wallet address, delayed responses, incorrect transaction details, etc.), CryptOTC will deduct operational and administrative costs from the refund amount.

5. Processing Refunds Refunds will be processed to the original cryptocurrency wallet or financial account from which the assets originated, typically within 10 business days following approval.

6. User Responsibility Users are responsible for ensuring transaction details are correct and for responding promptly during negotiations. Delays or errors on the user's part resulting in transaction failures may result in deductions from refunds to cover incurred costs.

7. Appeals If you disagree with the refund decision or calculation, you may submit an appeal to our support team within 14 days of the initial refund decision.
